Choose a lesson rhythm that supports your growth

Monthly lesson packages include four weekly lessons per billing cycle for one student. After purchasing a package, you’ll receive a subscription code from Acuity. Use that code when booking your weekly lessons so your package balance is applied at checkout.

Your package renews monthly on the date you subscribed, and your lesson balance resets each billing cycle.

Choose the lesson type that matches your package, select an available time, and enter your subscription code in the package, gift, or coupon code field at checkout. If you still have package balance remaining, your covered lesson should show as $0.00.

For example, a Caterpillar package can be used for Caterpillar virtual or in-person lessons.

Once your monthly package balance has been used, additional lessons may be booked at the single-lesson rate or scheduled after your next renewal date.

If you cancel a package-booked lesson according to the cancellation policy, the lesson credit should return to your package balance automatically. Rescheduling keeps your lesson connected to your package.

Lessons canceled outside the approved cancellation window may count as completed. Contact Elizabeth if an emergency affects your lesson.

Unused lessons may be made up when scheduling allows. Heart of the Matter School of Music may set reasonable limits on how long unused lessons remain available so the schedule stays manageable and fair for all students.

Packages are tied to the lesson length purchased. Caterpillar packages apply to 30-minute Caterpillar lessons, Chrysalis packages apply to 45-minute Chrysalis lessons, and Butterfly packages apply to 60-minute Butterfly lessons.

Each package may be used for either virtual or in-person lessons of the matching length, based on availability.

Use the Check Balance option in Acuity and enter your subscription code. You can also check by the email address used to purchase the package.
